Van Dessel Drag Strip Courage Olympic Build Track Bike
Designed by two-time U.S. Olympian Jame Carney, the Van Dessel Drag Strip Courage is a true pro-level track racing bike. Carney customized the bike's geometry with an up-sloping stem and drop bars--helping it excel in sprint events--and an alternate down-sloping stem with aero bars for time trial events.
The bike's Dedaccial oversized down tube and chain stays, meanwhile, are both tapered at the bottom bracket for maximum stiffness, while the oversized aero seat tube and wheel cutout minimize wind drag. The result is a sleek, lightweight bike that's great whether speeding around the track or cruising down a country highway.
